Daniel Steinfeld, TRREB President, is an engaged and active member of the real estate community as a broker-owner of On The Block, a Vaughan brokerage focused on innovation and professionalism in the industry. He and his wife Katie co-founded ‘Level Up’, a well-known real estate community and podcast that aired over 200 episodes for the REALTOR® community. Daniel has Chaired the Finance Committee and TRESA Working Group. He has also chaired the Government Relations Committee as well as served as Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee. He has been an active member of the OREA TRESA Task Force and the YPN Committee.
Daniel is thrilled about the opportunity to serve the membership of TRREB on its Board of Directors. With 15 years of experience as a Senator and Board Member for York University, he understands the importance of good governance, a clear path and thoughtful progress.
Daniel has considerable experience in the industry, with a background rooted in finance and sales. He was the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President of Sales for the Toronto Argonauts Football Club, leading the highest-grossing single-day event in Canadian history with the 100th Grey Cup. He is a chartered accountant, a speaker at conferences and lectures, and has trained some of the largest sales teams in the country.
He’s the proud dad of four kids and enjoys drumming, golf, and all kinds of travel.

Anna Michaelidis is the 2026 President-Elect and a Director of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. She also serves as CEO and Broker of Record of Royal LePage Urban Realty and brings more than twenty years of experience in brokerage leadership, governance, and public affairs.
A longtime TRREB volunteer, Anna has held senior leadership roles across the organization, most notably as Chair of the Government Relations Committee. In that role, she has helped advance consumer protection, professional standards, and industry readiness for regulatory and political change. Her contributions were recognized in 2024 with the David Rossi Committee Service Award.
Anna has also served on the Boards of Directors for the Barrie District Association of REALTORS® and the Real Estate Institute of Canada Toronto Chapter. Her board work is grounded in strong governance, risk awareness, and a clear focus on institutional integrity.

Colby Bayne, Director-at-Large, is a Broker with Royal LePage® Signature Realty in downtown Toronto. Colby has served in a number of roles with the Arbitration and Profession Standards rosters, most recently holding the position of Chair of Professional Standards between 2018 and 2024. He is especially proud to have been the recipient in both 2011 and 2021 of the David Rossi Committee Service Award.
A dedicated supporter of the Royal LePage® Shelter Foundation™, Colby is consistently one of the charity’s Top Donors. He has also participated in all five of the Shelter Foundation’s trekking adventures for which he has personally raised over $44,000 in support of his local women’s shelter and programs aimed at breaking the cycle of family violence.
Outside of real estate, Colby is a Toronto history buff, active with Heritage Toronto, the Friends of Fort York & Garrison Common, the Town of York Historical Society, and the York Pioneer & Historical Society.
