Paul has volunteered extensively with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) for more than 17 years, serving as a Director on both the TRREB and the Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) Boards. During this time, he has actively contributed to numerous committees and task forces, including leadership roles as Chair and Vice-Chair. Anu Joshi-Mehendale brings extensive experience in real estate, government relations, and policy to the role of West Regional Director at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). As a dedicated REALTOR® over the last 12 years, she has built a career committed to helping her clients with their real estate goals. Her business is primarily based in Peel Region and serves clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Passionate about strengthening the real estate profession, Anu is committed to fostering collaboration, enhancing industry standards, and ensuring that REALTORS® have the tools and resources they need to succeed in an ever-changing industry.

Anu currently serves as the Vice Chair of TRREB’s Your Professional Network (YPN) and a Member of CREA’s Federal Affairs Committee. She has also served as the Vice Chair of TRREB’s Government Relations Committee and a Member of OREA’s Government Relations Committee. Rebecca Kopel, Central Regional Director, is a Broker with Royal LePage Signature Realty. Rebecca has been a full-time REALTOR® since 2014 when she joined her husband as his business partner. She is a second-generation, award-winning REALTOR® who has a passion for improving professionalism in the industry.

Rebecca loves to volunteer with non-profits and charities. She has been on the Board of Directors at the York Region Food Network (YRFN) for over 14 years, ten of which she was Board Chair. She is their current Past Chair. She volunteers annually for the Fill a Purse for a Sister Campaign as a Community Lead. She is a Director on the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation (ORCF) Board and has been for the past two years. As the Chair-Elect of the ORCF Board, she is looking forward to continuing to contribute to the organization. Rebecca even writes cat profiles for Team Cat Rescue. In between these roles she runs ad hoc food drives and purse drives.

Kate Young was first licensed as a REALTOR® in 2005 and obtained her Broker’s license in 2016. Working together with her father David, she brings the same care, dedication, and energy to her clients that she does to her family and community, resulting in a business based on referrals and repeat business with sales volumes consistently placing her in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).

A Broker with Bosley Real Estate, she is a member of the company’s Executive Club and is a top salesperson in the company’s Central Toronto office. Passionate about being involved and raising standards in the profession, Kate has been an active volunteer in organized real estate for over 15 years and has served as a Director on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, chairing the Government Relations, MLS®, Young Professionals Network, and Finance Commitees. She has also served on TRREB’s Professional Standards Hearing Roster, and the Ontario REALTORS Care® Board of Directors. 

Outside of real estate, she is married and the mother of two young children. In her local community, she is engaged at her children’s school on the fundraising committee and is involved with the Mount Pleasant Village BIA in an initiative to “shop local” to support small businesses.
